It is located 200 meters from the port, 300 meters from Chora and 10 meters from the sea.
For every house there is a parking slot.
In the internal of the houses the bathrooms are handmade.
The beds are from handmade iron.
The kitchens are occupied with oven, stoves and a large fridge.
Every living room has a 32 inches LCD and there is Air-condition in every bedroom and the living room.
